E. Lynette Denton focuses her practice on insurance recovery, plaintiff personal injury and employment matters. She spent the first 7 years of her legal career specializing in complex commercial litigation matters for mid-size and large law firms in the mid-west. At those firms, her work primarily involved the defense of fortune 500 corporations including, among others, a major gas utility, an international power equipment maker, several national and international insurance companies and their insureds, water heater manufacturers, general and sub-contractors, property management companies and a pipe installer. She represented these entities in connection with product liability, gas explosion, general negligence, debt collection, automobile and trucking accident, premises liability, ERISA and employment discrimination claims.
Most recently, Denton served as a senior attorney with a law firm retained as national coverage counsel for several international insurers. Her work there included complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate developments.
